Our goal was to purchase a property in B.C. while we were still living in Ontario. Tanya kept us updated via email listings, answered questions about properties we were interested in, and even did video tours of properties since we couldn't immediately be on site. When we were able to visit to tour properties in person, Tanya made the best use of our limited time. She arranged a full day tour of properties and even scheduled them such that we had a nice tour of the island from top to bottom. When we wanted to take some measurements on a lot, she met us at the property with the necessary tools and jumped right in to help us climb through the uncleared land holding the other end of a tape measure...that's above and beyond service!
